#3201WB

Innovative Acrylene / Chemguard is a blend of modified copolymer acrylics which provide maximum protection to concrete surfaces from the effects of alkalis1 most solvents, salts, cleaners, oil, grease, unleaded gasoline, etc. Acrylene I Chemguard has excellent resistance to discoloration from sunlight. Testing by independent laboratories confirms that Acrylene / Chemguard withstands up to 48 hours immersion in unleaded gasoline.

  • Unleaded gasoline resistant - tested up to 48 hours immersion
  • Resists chemicals, oils, soaps and traffic abrasion
  • Non-yellowing
  • Seals and dustproofs hardened concrete
  • Easily applied, paintable
  • Water repellent

Acrylene/Chemguard is used to protect concrete surfaces from the effects of water, alkalis, oil, grease, gasoline and solvents. Acrylene/Chemguard is an ideal sealer to provide economical protection to concrete surfaces in garages, parking lots, service and maintenance areas and car showrooms where unsealed masonry and concrete surfaces would readily absorb grease, oil, gasoline, wash solvents, etc. and be permanently stained.

Acrylene/Chemguard treated parking garages are easily cleaned leaving no unsightly oil and grease spots. Grease, oil and transmission fluids will not penetrate the capillaries of the Acrylene/Chemguard treated concrete which will increase the life expectancy of concrete and reduce the preparation costs of resurfacing. Acrylene/Chemguard floors are clean and bright, contributing to better lighting levels. Acrylene/Chemguard may be recoated prior to a new occupancy for a glossy final touch.

Acrylene/Chemguard applied to concrete pavers will not only protect from gasoline and oil droppings but will control unwanted vegetation between pavers. Acrylene/Chemguard will penetrate between the pavers into the sand bonding the sand and vertical paver surface together preventing a loss of sand between the pavers. Acrylene/Chemguard is suitable for application directly to dry surfaces that are fully cured. For curing and sealing fresh concrete, use ACRYSEAL. Acrylene/Chemguard gives a hard coating appropriate for high traffic areas.
