How to fix concrete sealer issues

2021-05-12

Resin Strings: Known as “spider webbing” or “cotton candy” occur when the product evaporates too quickly. It is best to apply sealer in lower temperatures and avoid direct sunlight.

Blisters/Bubbles: Is caused when the top surface of the sealer dries out before the solvents can properly evaporate.  To correct, apply a very thin coat of sealer or xylene to re-emulsify and spread sealer out over a large area.
Note: Do not over apply sealer.

Hazing/White Stains: Can appear immediately or days & weeks later due to the sealer lifting from the surface. To correct, reapply a very thin coat of sealer to re-emulsify and roll out over a large area.
