White Cap Supply Canada Inc. (“White Cap”) has closed on the previously announced agreement to acquire National Concrete Accessories Canada Inc. (“NCA”), an Alberta corporation. NCA is now part of White Cap Supply Canada, which is comprised of Brafasco and Brock White Canada (“BWC”), forming a single Canadian business. 

We are excited and committed to this acquisition, as we continue to grow our organization into a larger national footprint to enhance service. The combined teams of talented associates across Brafasco, BWC and NCA will be able to offer an unparalleled level of service, depth of inventory and breadth of products for you, our customers across nine provinces in Canada.

Our commitment to serving you with exceptional, uninterrupted service remains our top priority. In the near term, it will remain business as usual for all transactions you may have with Brafasco, Brock White or NCA at this time. We will be introducing an enhanced buy-sell process across all three companies to better serve you. More information on this will be communicated by your Account Manager.
