TF Structural is a two-component, matte finish, interior/exterior concrete coating and structural repair mortar. Typically installed as a stand-alone overlay for concrete substrates, it provides an economical solution that has excellent abrasion resistance properties and excellent durability against mechanical damage. TF Structural has tremendous compression strength, which is rapidly generated, reaching concrete strengths in 4 hours, yet gives the user 15 – 40 mins of working time. TF Structural can be installed in thick applications, with the addition of up to 60% aggregates if desired, or as a thin overlay. There are no critical mix ratios when using TF Structural, allowing the user to mix it in a wide range of consistencies, depending on the use required. TF Structural is used for spall repairs, complete resurfacing, large structural rebuilds, or where damaged concrete is in need of repair.
