White Cap Supply Canada Inc. to acquire National Concrete Accessories Canada Inc.

This morning it was announced that White Cap Supply Canada Inc., (“White Cap”) has entered into a definitive agreement with Nova Capital to acquire 100 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of National Concrete Accessories Canada Inc. (“NCA”), an Alberta corporation.

When this transaction closes, NCA will be combined with White Cap, which is currently comprised of Brock White Canada and Brafasco, into a single entity under the leadership of Vasken Altounian as Business Unit President and Neil Fast as Regional Vice President of White Cap Supply Canada. Vasken is currently the Regional Vice President for Brafasco and Neil Fast is the Regional Vice President for Brock White Canada.
We are excited and committed to this intended combination, which is still subject to obtaining customary regulatory approvals, as together we will be able to provide an unparalleled level of service, depth of inventory and breadth of products for our customers across Canada.

The scope of products, services, and knowledge that NCA has in concrete forming and accessories complements Brock White Canada’s portfolio of building envelope, concrete accessories, masonry, and geotechnical products and Brafasco’s specialty in fasteners, tools, and safety products.

This acquisition brings together three talented teams with unique and complementary strengths that will enable the best possible experience for you – our valued customers. NCA, Brock White Canada and Brafasco all share a common, strong commitment to providing you with exceptional service.

However, until this transaction closes, NCA, Brock White Canada and Brafasco will continue to operate as standalone companies. More details will follow upon the closing of the transaction. In the meantime, our commitment to serving you with exceptional, uninterrupted service remains our priority.
